It makes a perfect keychain or charm, because it is so small. But of course you can also keep it as a small toy or even put it into \u00a0the advent calendar of your kids. But let\u2019s go!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"http:\/\/flauscheinhorn.mareikeschumacher.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_0571-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1675\"\/><figcaption>Sweet Baby Rabbit Keychain &#8211; easy to make with this free pattern<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>About 1\/4 of a skein of yarn in your main colour (I use brown)<\/li><li>bits and pieces in a second colour for the inner part of the ear (I use pink) and black for the face<\/li><li>crochet hook, which is too small for your yarn (I use 2.5 when 3.5 is recommended<\/li><li>filling<\/li><li>scissors and needle<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Abbreviations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>ch &#8211; chain<\/li><li>sc &#8211; single crochet<\/li><li>sl &#8211; slip stitch<\/li><li>dec &#8211; decrease<\/li><li>inc &#8211; increase<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Head<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>R: 4 sc into magic ring<\/li><li>R: 4 inc (8 sc)<\/li><li>R: [3 sc, inc] 2x (10 sc)<\/li><li>R: [4 sc, inc] 2x (12 sc)<\/li><li>R: 6 inc, 6 sc (18 sc)<\/li><li>R: [2 sc, inc] 6x (24 sc)<\/li><li>24 sc<\/li><li>24 sc<\/li><li>24 sc<\/li><li>R: [2 sc, dec] 6x (18 sc)<\/li><li>R: [sc, dec] 6x (12 sc)<\/li><li>6 dec<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut yarn and sew up the end<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"http:\/\/flauscheinhorn.mareikeschumacher.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_0652-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1677\"\/><figcaption>Free Crochet Pattern for Baby Rabbit Toy or Keychain<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ears<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>R: start betwee Rounds 8 and 9 and crochet 1 sc in pink directly to the head of yor Amigurumi, do 1 ch and turn<\/li><li>R: sc, ch, turn<\/li><li>R: sc, ch, turn<\/li><li>R: sc, ch, turn<\/li><li>R: sc, ch, turn<\/li><li>R: sc<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut yarn and sew up the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do one round of sc around the inner part of the ear. Use yarn in your main colour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Body<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>R: crochet 4 sc in a little square directly to the downside of the head<\/li><li>R: 4 inc (8 sc)<\/li><li>R: [sc, inc] 4x (12 sc)<\/li><li>R: 12 sc<\/li><li>R: 12sc<\/li><li>R: 12 sc<\/li><li>R: [2 sc, inc] 4x (16 sc)<\/li><li>R: 16 sc<\/li><li>R: 16 sc<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Legs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>R: 6 sc, skip 8, 2 sc (8 sc)<\/li><li>R: 8 sc<\/li><li>R: 8 sc<\/li><li>R: 4 dec<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut yarn and sew up the end, then stuff body and first leg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2nd leg<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>R: start at the outside of the body and do 8 sc around the stitches you skipped when doing the first leg<\/li><li>R: 8 sc<\/li><li>R:&nbsp; 8 sc<\/li><li>R: 4 dec<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut yarn, stuff second leg and sew up the end<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Arms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>R: crochet 4 sc in a little square directly to the side of the body<\/li><li>R: 4 sc<\/li><li>R: 4 sc<\/li><li>R: 4 sc<\/li><li>R: 4 inc (8 sc)<\/li><li>R: 4 dec<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut yarn and sew up the end (as the arm is so tiny, you won&#8217;t have to stuff it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do the second arm in exactly the same way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now embroider the face using black yarn (as seen in the pictures).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ready you are with your sweet baby-rabbit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/flauscheinhorn.mareikeschumacher.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_0572-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1678\"\/><figcaption>Sweet little baby rabbit made with this free crochet pattern<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to turn it into a keychain, just crochet a chain of 10 to the head (right behind the ears) and close it to a loop with 1 sl.
