How to Crochet a heart shaped pillow (free pattern)

With this Crochet Pattern you can do an adorable little heart pillow all by yourself. It’s pretty easy and it won’t take you long. So, what are you waiting for? let’s go:

You need:

100 g of yarn in red or pink

Crochet hook

Filling

Needle, scissors and all you need for comfortable crocheting.

Abbreviations:

dec = decrease

inc = increase

sc = single crochet

st = stitch

Upper part of the heart (do 2 x)

1. R: 6 sc into magic ring
2. R: 6 inc (12 sc)
3. R: [sc, inc] 6x (18 sc)
4. R: [2 sc, inc] 6x (24 sc)
5. R: [3 sc, inc] 6x (30 sc)
6. R: [4 sc, inc] 6x (36 sc)
7. R: [5 sc, inc] 6x (42 sc)
8. R: [6 sc, inc] 6x (48 sc)
9. R: [7 sc, inc] 6x (54 sc)

When you do the first of these upper parts, you can fasten off you yarn end. When done with the second you’ll just go on and join the two as follows:

Bottom part:

1. R: Crochet 27 sc along the second upper part, then insert hook into a st of the first upper part and pull yarn through, then pull yarn through the two loops on your hook to finish your sc. Go on with another 53 sc along the first upper part, then insert hook into the second upper part. Use the st directly next to the last one you did before joining. Pull yarn through and finish of your sc. Do another 26 sc around the second upper part. You should now have one big round of 108 sc.
